Jennifer Chan and Gary Gardner have been working on together on brand management consulting assignments in the Hong Kong, Macau and Greater China region for a number of years. In November, 2016 Jenny and Gary partnered through Innée Lingerie Limited to purchase outright the Hong Kong and Macau retail and wholesale lingerie operations from the Innée Group. To manage their continuing brand management consultancy they added Innée Brand Management Ltd.
As a result of Jenny’s 25 years plus involvement in the luxury handbag market in this region and Gary’s business strategy and brand management experience, Innée Brand Management Ltd was approached to become involved with the initial launch in Asia/Pacific of The Celine Dion Collection of Handbags, Luggage and Small Leather Goods.
In Las Vegas in February, 2017 at the worldwide launch of the Collection, Innée Brand Management joined with the CD global licensee The Bugatti Group to form Innée -Sedona International Ltd for the sale, distribution of and brand development of The Celine Dion Collection throughout the Asia/Pacific region.
In April, 2017 China based company, Innée -Sedona China Network Technologies Ltd, was added to control the e-commerce business in mainland China through Alibaba on-line platform TMall.
